Greetings! Attend a free, informal, positive meeting about attention deficit disorder. Share your experience, knowledge and questions. Discuss getting organized, relationships, workplace issues, medication, you name it.
At www.Yourell.com/add I maintain a collection of various types of resources. Unfortunately, the national organizations have no local meetings around Denver. That's one of the reasons for this MeetUp. If you hear of any good resources, please write! I will keep this current.
I (nic is Bobsterz) have moved to San Diego (I directly organized the MeetUp for three years), but the local members are keeping things going nicely!

We will be meeting at the Panera Bread near downtown on Grant St & 13th, about two blocks south of Colfax.
We are going to focus on some of the behavioral training methods that are out there for ADD/ADHD folks. For many of us, structure can be very helpful in developing our organizational skills and the management of our stress levels. Read more
